LAS VEGAS — Andre Fili delivered a brutal head-kick knockout of Kai Kamaka III on the main card at UFC Vegas 122 inside the Meta APEX in Las Vegas, snapping a two-fight skid in spectacular fashion.

After a very fun first round of action between the featherweight veterans, Fili uncorked an unbelievable head kick that knocked Kamaka out cold and sent the APEX erupting. Fellow UFC fighters, past and present, were quick to praise the finish, with the technique and timing drawing widespread admiration across the MMA community.

The victory was Fili's first inside the octagon since a split decision win over Christian Rodriguez in April 2025 and halts a difficult run for the long-time contender. Known as "Touchy", he moves his overall UFC record back above the .500 mark to 14-13 with one no-contest.

For Kamaka, the defeat is a setback in his second run with the promotion, which now stands at 1-2 with back-to-back stoppage losses. The knockout came on a busy night at the APEX that also saw Walker stop Meerschaert as the veteran retired.
