RZESZÓW — Bantamweight gold is on the line as champion Vitalii Yakymenko defends his title against Marcello Morelli atop KSW 122 at the Hala Podpromie in Rzeszów, Poland on Saturday, 10 October 2026. The main card streams live via KSWtv.com following online prelims, with action kicking off at 12:30pm ET (9:30am PT).
The headliner remained intact despite a turbulent weigh-in on Friday that saw three fighters miss weight. Laïd Zerhouni was fined 40% of his purse and will start his middleweight clash with Andrzej Grzebyk with a one-point deduction, while Adam Soldaev was fined 30% and will concede a point against Mateusz Makarowski at lightweight. Sergiusz Zając was fined 50% after missing weight for his light heavyweight bout with Salim El Ouassaidi, which has been moved to a catchweight/heavyweight contest with Zając also starting on -1.
Yakymenko, of Ukraine, puts his belt on the line for the first time since dethroning Sebastian Przybysz. Opposite him stands Venezuela's Morelli, who fights out of Warsaw and returns quickly to a title fight after falling short against Przybysz last year. Morelli has since rebounded with two straight victories to earn another shot at the bantamweight crown.
The remainder of the card features lightweight pairings Marian Ziółkowski against Wilson Varela and Welisson Paiva against Igor Włodarczyk, plus heavyweight Szymon Bajor versus Kacper Paczóski. Prelims see bantamweights Andrzej Karkula face Kamil Korzeniowski and lightweights Kristians Boguzs meet Kacper Cholewa.
